While not required by law, T&C’s help prevent or mitigate legal issues that could occur if the website is abused. It also explains the grounds on which a user’s use of the website can be terminated or suspended.

The Terms and Conditions page should be linked within the footer of the website and included in any sitemap (.xml or page).
