First, our services to update WordPress core and new plugins updates will be stopped. We recommend your team (new provider/partner) does this as often as they can.
Second, there are a few premium plugins that Antenna covers the costs on as part of your hosting & support plan. This includes Yoast SEO Premium, Gravity Forms, Advanced Custom Fields Pro, Admin Menu Editor Pro, and Admin Columns Pro (please note that the exact list of plugins may vary from site to site). You will need to purchase separate licenses to continue to receive updates for these plugins.
Lastly, as part of your hosting & support plan we set up a mail server for the system and form notifications through Mailgun. Your team will need to set up their own Mailgun account or choose a new SMTP provider.
Our website support team is still available for any additional support, training, assistance or updates to your website at our standard hourly rate so long as you have an active ongoing services retainer.
