The Premium website support plan that is bundled in with our WordPress website hosting includes up to 1 hour of complementary changes per month.
If 1 or less hours were used in a given month, nothing is owed, however we still send an invoice to show you the work performed, the time spent and that it was covered under your Premium Website Care Plan.
