Unlimited CMS Support
Includes our support staff helping with the regular use of the CMS for non-developer admin users:
- Assistance related to any functionality of the CMS (excludes implementation of new features)
- Assistance related to any website functionality
- Website hosting server is down or operating at slow speeds
- Website has a security issue that needs to be resolved
- Website content needs to be restored from a backup
- Trouble with accessing your website
Changes to the website or CMS are not included in the Unlimited CMS Support but instead will be part of support hours.
Training
All training sessions will be performed virtually and will be recorded and shared with the Client. If multiple people need to be trained, it is expected all Client attendees will be available during the time of training. Any additional individual training sessions can be requested and will be billed at our standard hourly rate.

Additional offsite backups: $85 /mo
1. Manual and Automated backups: every four hours, eight hours, twelve hours, daily, weekly, fortnightly or monthly.
2. Backups made to Client’s external file storage/server. Options: Google Drive, Dropbox, Amazon Web Services, Rackspace, Microsoft Azure, FTP servers.
3. Since backups are kept on external client file storage solution, the Client decides how many days of backups they would like to keep on their external file server
4. Antenna's support team needs to have credentials to the file storage solution
5. All data on the website will be backed up
6. Upon request from Client, Antenna will launch a password protected version of the website based on any previous backup within one business day on a temporary domain. This enables the Client to see how the website looked at any previous day in history (starting from the launch of the new website).
7. Antenna will help restore the website from any previous version upon the Client’s request.
