If multiple people need to be trained, it is expected all Client attendees will be available during the time of training. Manual and Automated backups: every four hours, eight hours, twelve hours, daily, weekly, fortnightly or monthly. 2\. Backups made to Client’s external file storage/server. Options: Google Drive, Dropbox, Amazon Web Services, Rackspace, Microsoft Azure, FTP servers. 3\. Since backups are kept on external client file storage solution, the Client decides how many days of backups they would like to keep on their external file server 4\. Antenna's support team needs to have credentials to the file storage solution 5\. All data on the website will be backed up 6\. Upon request from Client, Antenna will launch a password protected version of the website based on any previous backup within one business day on a temporary domain. This enables the Client to see how the website looked at any previous day in history (starting from the launch of the new website). 7\.
